GeoApps now offers Remote Help at standard consulting rates. If you are already a GeoApps client, please call us any time, day or night, to request a remote help session.

NOTE: "After-Hours" help (from 6 PM MST to 7 AM MST) and Weekend help carries a 25% surcharge.

Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista. and Windows 7 users click HERE to download the GeoApps UltraVNC Single-Click Host (Windows ONLY at this time).
If you are running Internet Explorer, just "Run" the downloaded file.
If you are running Firefox (and you should be!) or ChromePlus, save GeoApps.exe to your desktop or anywhere else, then start the program by double-clicking it.
Call GeoApps at the numbers shown in the support program to determine which Helpdesk is available, then double-click the line in the left side with that help desk.
NOTE: Norton Internet Security (and possibly other anti-virus programs) identifies this remote-control application as a hacking tool and will not allow it to run. You will need to disable Norton Internet Security by right-clicking the Norton icon in the system tray and choosing "Disable Virus Protection" before running this.

GeoApps can be now reached through Instant Messaging at many times. Connect to us at GeoApps1 (AIM), GeoApps1 (Yahoo! IM), 316645201 (ICQ), or GeoApps (GTalk)

Windows 7 and Vista users can optionally install LogMeIn Free from this link: GeoApps LogMeIn (updated at 18:06 ET on Wednesday, 14 July 2010.) .
Please call before downloading as this LogMeIn installer needs to be updated before each use. NOTE: this is a 15-16 megabyte file, so downloading it on a slow connection is not recommended.
