GeoApps now offers Remote Help at standard consulting rates. If you are already a GeoApps client, please call us any time, day or night, to request a remote help session.
NOTE: "After-Hours" help (from 6 PM MST to 7 AM MST) and Weekend help carries a 25% surcharge.

If you are running Internet Explorer, just "Run" the downloaded file.
If you are running Firefox (and you should be!), save GeoApps.exe to your desktop or anywhere else, then start the program by double-clicking
it.
Call GeoApps at the numbers shown in the support program to determine which Helpdesk is available, then double-click the line in the left side with that help desk.
GeoApps can be now reached through Instant Messaging at times. Connect to us at GeoApps1 (AIM), GeoApps1 (Yahoo! IM), 316645201 (ICQ), or GeoApps (GTalk)
